About UsTTOS is a privately owned and operated small business with a full time staff currently numbering 12. It was founded in 1994 by David Scott-Donelan and later, Peter Kerr, David Diaz, Jon Frantzen, and Mark Sexton joined the company as partners. Total, actual, tracking experience, both operational and training amounts to 130 years in 46 countries on every continent around the world. TTOS executes its mission by providing Combat and Tactical training and consulting services to Special Operational Forces (SOF), Conventional Units, Law Enforcement Organizations (LEO), Other Government Agencies (OGA) plus allied governments globally. In 1994, TTOS conducted the first ever Tactical Tracking course in the USA for law enforcement and corrections personnel at Fort Lewis, WA, and its first Combat Tracking course for US Army Rangers the following year, again at Fort Lewis. Since then TTOS has continuously been involved in the development, instruction and promotion of both tactical and combat tracking operations World-Wide. Due to the high level of the quality of its programs, TTOS has grown the point where it is now considered the premier tracking school in the world. This respected status is a result of TTOS’ partners and instructors’ dedication to incorporate innovative technologies with the ancient art of tracking. TTOS prides itself on its capability to continually expand and improve its programs of instruction (POI) and lesson plans by merging 21st Century technologies, techniques, tactics and procedures (TTP) with the ancient skill of tracking. TTOS instructors are constantly conducting research and development, traveling abroad to network with allied country’s tracking units and testing emerging technologies for the purpose of developing new, effective tracking skills and techniques. In short, TTOS training programs support DoD and USG operational needs and requirements for the Global War On Terrorism as well as complement law enforcement agencies in combating crime. TTOS also set the standard for all U.S. Military Combat Tracking Operations and was directly responsible for re-establishing the U.S. Military’s combat tracking capability. Currently, TTOS is under contract to provide tracking training for the Combat Tracking School at the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Center at Fort Huachuca and the tracking module for the USMC Combat Hunter Program TTOS Lead Instructors are highly-trained professionals with extensive military special operations or law enforcement backgrounds. All TTOS instructors are thoroughly trained in tactical combat man-tracking operations and techniques which they have tried and tested extensively during their law enforcement and/or military careers. TTOS possesses the knowledge and experience to conduct both Tactical and Combat Tracking courses world-wide, from jungle to desert, savannah to tundra and pines to palms. TTOS has trained officers and agents from seventeen Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, over thirty State Law Enforcement Agencies and over six hundred Police and Sheriffs Departments Nationwide (USA) as well as U.S. military personnel from all branches of the service; Army - Combat Activities Group (CAG), US Army Special Forces (All Groups), US Army Rangers, Ranger Reconnaissance Detachment, J.F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center, US Army Special Forces SERE School, 82nd Airborne LRS, Military Police, National Guard and Army Reserves; Air Force - USAF Combat Controllers, USAF Survival School AFB Fairchild, AF SERE School, Para Rescue, Security Forces, USAF Air National Guard Pilots, US Marines - 1st Recon Bn, 2nd Recon, 3rd Recon Bn, MARSOC, USMC Jungle Warfare Training Center, USMC Survival School, USMC Helicopter Squadrons, Marine Scout Snipers.
